My experience of training comes from participating withing various sports teams both professional and semi-professional. This has allowed me to learn more sport specific training exercises which can be adapted to benefit my clients. In addition to this my own training experiences can help me empathise with my clients as well as push you to reaching your targets.

 

Everyone desires to better themselves but not everyone takes the steps to achieve this, those that do want to distinguish themselves. To distinguish yourself from others you have to be willing to put the time, commitment and effort in that is required. It will be a hard process because nothing that we really want to achieve is ever easy, it would not be as satisfying to achieve it either if that was the case.

 

Fitness is not just about just being physically fit. It is about being physically, mentally and socially healthy.
